Veggie CSA

A great way to support Remembrance Farm is by joining our organic veggie CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). In partnership with Stick and Stone farm, we formed the Full Plate Farm Collective to bring you the bounty of the Finger Lakes.

We offer a 23-week summer share which begins in early June and finishes in mid-November. Our 12-week winter share runs from the early December through the end of February.

Wholesale

We deliver to local restaurants and stores in the Ithaca, NY and surrounding area. If you are further afield, we work with several distributors including Regional Access, Finger Lakes Farms, and Baldor to extend our reach.

Flower Power

Our Signature baby greens mix. A combo of our favorite lettuces, baby mustards & brassicas with edible flowers & herbs.

Field Greens

Not your typical spring mesclun – our unique blend of baby lettuces & spicy Asian greens.

Baby Arugula

The classical Italian salad green.

Spicy Greens

Mixed tatsoi, arugula, red mustard, mizuna, red russian kale, curly cress & amaranth.

Tatsoi

A mild Asian green with the flavor and texture of spinach
& bok choy.

Baby Kale

Tender red russian kale.
